Via Biondo (MO)

It is a plot of abt. 3.800 sqm located in Modena, in an area designed for an important requalification.
It is near the old railway, which is now disused further to the introduction of the high speed train project; the creation of pedestrian paths with garden areas and bicycle trails along this old railway is already in planned.

At present there is a 10-flat building, recently restored, and two warehouses which will be demolished to leave room for two supplementary buildings having 10 flats each.
The area is 5 minutes far from the historical city centre and few hundred metres far from via Emilia Ovest.
